"Hi, I’m Harshitha Moorthy. I completed both my B.Sc and my PUC from Surana College. To give you an idea of how attractive the college environment is, I simply did not have the heart to leave this campus after my pre-university studies, which is why I chose to stay for my undergraduate degree.

The faculty here is incredibly friendly and encouraging. During my time at the college, I made sure to be actively involved in both academic and extracurricular activities. It was through these extracurriculars that I was able to grasp so many practical skills. As students, we took a lot of initiative—we constantly took on new tasks, organized events, and participated in various campus activities. By doing this, we learned how to truly take ownership of our responsibilities.

This hands-on experience has been invaluable to my professional life. Today, I work as a QA Engineer, a role where I am frequently in touch with the business side. My day-to-day requires a lot of interaction, gathering requirements, and rigorous testing. I have been able to successfully implement the communication and leadership skills I learned during my college life directly into these tasks.
