Dr.R.Satheeshkumar is a Professor at Department of Management & Research Centre at Surana College, Kengeri, Bangalore, Karnataka and Post Doctoral Research Scholar (D.Litt) at Manipur International University, Manipur. He is a recognized Research Guide in Faculty of Management, Bangalore University, Bangalore. He is an Accredited Management Teacher from All India Management Association, New Delhi.
Dr.R.Satheeshkumar attained his Ph.D in Management from Anna University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. His research areas focus mainly on Retail Management, Retail Service Quality and Mood Analysis. He has published 30 research articles in referred National and International Journals with high level impact factors. He also got numerous articles and case studies published in UGC CARE Listed Journals, Web of Science, Scopus and ABDC indexed journals. He is a Member of Board of Examiners for Adjudication of Ph.D Thesis for Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai. He is an Editorial Board Member and Peer Reviewer for many National and International Journal of Repute.

I hold an MBA in Finance and Marketing and a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management, reflecting a strong academic foundation and specialized expertise. With over 15 years of extensive teaching experience in higher education, I have consistently delivered rigorous instruction, mentored students, and integrated theoretical frameworks with real-world business practices. My scholarly contributions include publications in UGC CARE-listed and peer-reviewed journals, demonstrating my commitment to high-quality research and ongoing academic excellence in my domain.

He has been associated with the Education Sector for 5 years , facilitating learning in HR. He has enrolled with the University of Mysore in April 2025 for his PhD.

Soumya KR is an experienced academician placement officer and Placement Trainer with over 14 years of combined corporate, teaching, and training experience. She specializes in International HRM, Learning & Development, and Technology for Management. She actively mentors MBA students in placements, career planning, and career guidance, integrating industry relevance with academic excellence.
Her research focuses on meta-skills in higher education. She guides student projects toward publications and emphasizes applied research, interdisciplinary integration, and practical industry relevance in academic work.

An emerging academic professional in Human Resource Management with a foundation in both corporate HR practices and management education. Dr. Roopashree B R is a dedicated academician and innovation-driven educator with 15 years of experience in higher education. Her core strengths lie in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and research excellence. As IIC President, she actively fosters an entrepreneurial mindset among students through structured mentoring, experiential learning, and industry interaction. She is deeply committed to research advancement and nurturing students to become confident, innovative, and socially responsible leaders.
Dr. Roopashree’s research focuses on consumer behaviour, health consciousness, and sustainable purchasing patterns. Her PhD examined consumer buying behaviour towards organic food products in Bengaluru. She has published in Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals and regularly contributes to national and international conferences, with a strong emphasis on entrepreneurship and applied marketing research.

Balachandramurthy E serves as Assistant Professor and Domain Head – Analytics at Surana College. With strong academic and EdTech experience, he specializes in Finance, Accounting, and analytics-enabled business education. His teaching and academic contributions emphasize integrating Excel analytics, data-driven decision frameworks, and predictive techniques to enhance learning outcomes, curriculum effectiveness, and industry-aligned management education practices.
Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at University of Mysore, his research focuses on analytics-driven financial decision-making and technology-enabled business education. He has published one Scopus-indexed journal article, with several manuscripts under review, and has submitted two research proposals for funding support under Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR).

Dr. Prakruthi N Udupa is a dynamic finance and accomplished academician, holding a doctorate from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a management degree from Kuvempu University. With 18+ years of rich academic experience at premier institutions. she is a passionate educator, researcher, author, and innovator. She holds three patents, two copyrights, and has authored books in managerial and forensic accounting. She has enhanced her expertise through workshops by Wadhwani Foundation and EY on entrepreneurship and international taxation, along with programs on Intellectual Property Rights, Research Methodology, and IBM Cognos.
Research contributions include extensive publications in ABDC-listed, Scopus-indexed, and Web of Science journals, along with active presentations at national and international conferences. Served as reviewer for academic papers and institutional assessments. Intellectual property achievements include three patents and two copyrights, and authorship of books on Managerial Accounting, Forensic Accounting, and Financial Markets and Services.

Dr. Dinesh V J P is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Analytics at Surana College (Autonomous), Bangalore. He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Vellore Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from St. Joseph’s Institute of Management. His teaching and research interests span across business analytics, marketing strategies, and financial decision-making. Dr. Dinesh V J P published 4 research papers on Gamification, App engagement, Personality traits in the Q2, Q3 and Q4 Scopus Indexed Journals respectively. His one paper got accepted from the Scopus indexed International Journal of Advance media communication and 1 Scopus indexed book chapter got accepted for the publication He also got the best research award and two Raman Research Award. He also presented 6 papers in conference both nationally and internationally.

Swapna N.S serves as Assistant Professor in the Marketing domain at Surana College. With academic experience in management education. She specializes in General Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, and contemporary marketing research. Her teaching and scholarly engagement emphasize theory-driven inquiry, empirical validation, and the application of behavioral frameworks to understand evolving consumer dynamics, particularly in digital and emerging market contexts.
She is currently pursuing doctoral research with a focus on consumer behaviour, perception, and attitude formation within digital ecosystems. Her research integrates established theoretical models in marketing and technology adoption to examine behavioural intention and usage patterns in emerging digital payment environments.
