As a part of the academic curriculum, an industrial visit was organized by Surana College for the students of the PG Department of Chemistry (M.Sc.) and the Department of M.Com. The primary goal of such visits is to provide students with practical exposure to unique production methodologies and sustainable business models.
Sustainable Innovation: This plant showcases the traditional bull-driven ghana oil extraction process, aimed at promoting chemical-free food plates and sustainable living.
The visit was conducted to Desiri Naturals Pvt. Ltd., Plant-2, which is open for public and educational visits during weekends. Students had the opportunity to observe how traditional methods of oil extraction are preserved and implemented on a commercial scale without the use of harmful chemicals.
