Kaalastra – SURGE 2025 was the flagship interclass fest organized by the Proficience Club, Department of BBA. Conducted over two days, the fest embodied the theme “Harness the past, command the present, conquer the future,” blending academic rigor with creativity and competitive spirit.

The fest featured five signature events: Pravartan (HR Evolution), Aarohan (Marketing), Kaaryakarta (Entrepreneurship), Dhanvaad (Finance), and Yugnayak (Best Manager). Each event was carefully designed to test domain expertise, strategic thinking, crisis management, and leadership skills through simulations, live business activities, and multi-round challenges.

Students actively participated in organizing committees handling logistics, hospitality, event execution, and digital promotions, gaining valuable management exposure. The fest commenced with a grand inauguration and concluded with a valedictory ceremony recognizing outstanding performers. Kaalastra – SURGE 2025 successfully reinforced experiential learning, teamwork, and professional competence among BBA students.
